Linn-Mar (17-1) ignored a slow start to win its 16th consecutive game. The Lions scored all of six points in the first quarter but pulled ahead by halftime and nursed a small lead the rest of the way to all but wrap the Mississippi Valley Conference's Valley Division championship.
