Class 3A/4A boys' basketball postseason pairings set

The Iowa High School Athletic Associated released its Class 3A boys' basketball district and Class 4A substate pairings Tuesday. As with all the classes, who is in what district/substate was set before the season, with seedings for the teams determined by what happened in games 5 through 15.
Top seeds in 3A include Western Dubuque, Decorah, Marion, Davenport Assumption and Williamsburg. Assumption and Marion are in the same substate.
In 4A, Cedar Rapids Jefferson, Linn-Mar and Iowa City High are top seeds. As such, they'll get first-round byes, as will No. 2 seeds Cedar Falls, North Scott and Cedar Rapids Washington.
