Who will stop increases of 38 percent?

Blue Cross in California is telling its customers who buy individual health insurance policies that their rates will go up by an average of
38 percent on March 1, and may be adjusted more frequently than the typical yearly increases.
Those are the kind of folks the Republican Party wants to remain in charge of how you get your health care. Heaven forbid the government should get involved in the process because that would be socialism.
