Obama acts like dictator telling us what to do
The Gazette Opinion Staff

Who is this person we voted in as president over a year ago? On every poll taken, by every group around, 70 percent of Americans do not want government-run health reform. Yet, President Barack Obama still feels we do not understand.
This is just one example of what this president thinks is his responsibility as leader of the world - to tell people what he thinks is good for them.
This elitist/arrogant attitude constantly surfaces on every topic Obama broaches. Clearly, he feels he knows better than us Americans on what is good for us. With the lowest ratings of any president in American history after this first year, he obviously wants to teach uneducated Americans what they should be doing. What does that remind you of? Dictators?
Our only recourse is elections. Thankfully, it seems Americans are figuring this out with recent election results in Virginia, New Jersey and especially Massachusetts. All Americans better understand this president's motives - to teach us about his “New America.”
