Drivers don’t show they use common sense
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Mar. 2, 2010 11:04 pm
Texting is only one thing we should look at.
I see people with a dog in their arms and on the steering wheel and eating, combing hair, putting on makeup, reading the paper or maps.
And it's older adults who do this and should know better, not just our young people.
Driving is a privilege, not a “see who we can hit and miss” game. Where has our good sense gone?
