Police are looking for two suspects who forced their way into a southwest Cedar Rapids apartment Thursday morning.
According to reports, a 19-year-old woman was at her apartment in the 4100 block of Wilson Avenue when two black men, both of medium build and around 5 feet 9 inches tall, entered her apartment and demanded money.
One of the suspects was described as bald or balding and wore jeans, while the other was described as having short dreadlocks.
The first suspect brandished a gun, but investigators say the suspects did not threaten the woman.
Sgt. Cristy Hamblin of the Cedar Rapids Police department says that the victim was not injured and that the two men fled without taking anything.
Police asked the public to watch for a black sport-utility vehicle with out-of-state plates, 057 YEV.
