Portion of C Avenue NE closing Monday for reconstruction

For all those who have noticed deteriorating road conditions on C Avenue NE just south of Robins Road -- help is on the way.
Starting Monday at 7 a.m., C Avenue NE, between Huntington Ridge Road and East Main Street NE/East Robins Road, will be closed for a road resurfacing and construction project.
Work will continue for about three months, officials say. Traffic should seek an alternate route.
