Lacey picked 10th overall in WNBA Draft

Iowa State's Alison Lacey was chosen 10th overall by the Seattle Storm this afternoon during the WNBA Draft.
Lacey, an all-Big 12 Conference point guard as a senior, became the first Cyclone ever taken in the first round. Assuming she makes the team's roster, the Canberra, Australia, native will have a countryman to pal with in rainy Seattle in veteran WNBAer Lauren Jackson.
