Be civil about actions of party in power

I would be willing to bet that all those protesting the passing of the health care reform bill have insurance in their back pockets and have no idea at all what it is like to be denied insurance or to be able to get it but at a vastly inflated rate because of an existing health condition. Protesting the passage of the bill is their right, but spitting on, swearing at or destroying the property of those who support the bill is downright juvenile. Let's give this a try and see where it leads.
We had to put up with eight years of Republican leadership and I was not happy with many of the bills passed, but the Republicans were in charge, and I accepted that. Now it is time for at least four, and hopefully eight years of Democratic leadership. Please accord our party the same respect.
