Cedar Rapids council votes, 6-2, to accept Prosser's resignation
Mayor Ron Corbett's go-to City Council majority last night matter-of-factly passed a “separation agreement” with City Manager Jim Prosser that brings to a close Prosser's 44-month run as the city's first city manager.
