Information on advance health care directives available Friday

St. Luke's Hospital is offering free information about advance care planning and advance directive forms from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday at the hospital chapel, just inside the A Avenue entrance.
Public Notaries will be available to notarize completed documents.
St. Luke's and other organizations will highlight the importance of advance health care decision-making on Friday, National Healthcare Decisions Day.
Organizations will provide tools for the public to talk about their wishes with family, friends and health care providers, and execute written advance directives (health care power of attorney and living wills) in accordance with state laws.
