Home Bound Citizens and Kids Win Every Game!

Two Cedar Rapids Companies have signed on with the Kernels this season to promote worthy causes by donating to "Meals On Wheels" and "Kids First" when the Kernels hitters and pitchers score or throw strikes!

Care Pro Health Services, in its third year, provides Horizons "Meals On Wheels" recipients with a meal every time a Kernels player reaches home "plate."

AEGON, new to the line up this year, donates $5 to "Kids First" each time a Kernels pitcher strikes out an opposing batter and registers a "K" on the left outfield wall.
