North Carolina officer wins All-Star award; Cedar Rapids' Tim Davis was finalist

Winston-Salem, N.C. police Officer Daniel Clark has won the 2010 America's Most Wanted All-Star award.
Clark was one of two officers shot after they chased a suspect in a domestic disturbance into a ravine on Oct. 7, 2009. Despite being shot twice, including once in the head, he was able to return fire and kill the suspect. Clark's partner was killed.
