Time as representative hasn’t changed Jacoby
May. 30, 2010 12:45 am
We ask you to join us in starting the process of keeping Dave Jacoby as our state representative by voting for him in the June 8 primary.
We have known and worked closely with Jacoby over the past nine years and couldn't be prouder of his conscientious leadership and commitment to our community. In his 25-plus years as a resident of the Coralville/Iowa City area, he has become a mentor to more than he will ever know. His ideas inspire and his deft hand can be found behind many of our greatest successes.
Most impressive about Jacoby is the fact that elected office has in no way changed him. He is still the tireless advocate for families, small business and community.
His quick rise in Des Moines is not only evidence of his hard work for Coralville, Iowa City and North Liberty but his commitment to collaboration.
You will not ever find Jacoby cutting some backroom deal. He is a leader who actually takes the time (on every issue) to ask questions, listen, respond and vote with his head. In our careers, we both work closely with the public sector and can provide testament to just how rare that is.
