Alliant should equip substation with facade

I have a compromise suggestion for Alliant and Move the Electricity Sub Station (MESS): If a substation with a three-story-high wall is needed in the neighborhood, why not equip that wall with a facade (false windows and all) that looks like a period building, for example the Cherry Building?
Let MESS figure out what that facade would be and where the fake building would be located to blend in, and let Alliant figure out an artistic way to get cables in and out. Once the wall and substation is there, no one will know it's a substation.
