A closer look at six things that are happening this weekend that you can take advantage of in Eastern Iowa.
Buckcherry
Friday, June 18
Cross your fingers for the rain to stop as the five-man rock band Buckcherry rolls into Waterloo Friday night. They're putting on an outdoor concert as part of their “All Night Long” tour. Fans will certainly hear hits like “Talk to Me” off their latest CD “Live and Loud,” which was released in 2009. If you can't make it to the concert, be sure to visit the band's website where they are doing their part to bring awareness to the oil spill disaster in the Gulf. They're offering free downloads of their hit single “Our World”
(The BP Disaster Song). Sounds good to us!
