The Kernels close out the first half of the season at home today at 2 pm. The Kernels have already clinched a first half championship, for the first time since 1992. That team went on to be win a League Championship. The Kernels have a fun filled day planned for Father's Day starting with a brunch from 10 am- 1 pm for just $15 all you can eat. Kids 12 and under are just $8. The gates open for the Kernels game at 1 pm with story book princess Tiana on the concourse and Papa Balloon twisting your favorite balloon designs as part of our KDAT Sunday Family Fun Day festivities.
There will be a pre-game tribute ceremony to the late Nick Adenhart. A former Kernel and Angels Pitcher who tragically passed away in April of 2009. Stick around after the game to learn CPR on the field and take your kit home with you!
See you at the ballpark today!
