Kurt and Brenda Warner were back in Kurt's Cedar Rapids hometown this week to work on a Habitat for Humanity building project with a large group of other volunteers.
I asked the Warners on Friday to explain to people what it is they want to accomplish in life following Kurt's retirement from the NFL earlier this year, and they happily shared their thoughts.
Covering Warner's story -- personal and professional -- has been one of my all-time favorite stories to cover. I suspect there will be several more chapters.
