Did our Founding Fathers imagine all this?

When the Founding Fathers of America sacrificed their own lives for freedom from tyranny, did they intend for us to now have:
Seat belt laws; lawmakers catering to big money/big business and their professional lobbyists; bailouts and bonuses to the big bankers and auto executives to reward them for their incompetence; Cash for Clunkers (those old vehicles should have been given to the poor instead of destroyed); a law making it illegal to smoke in your own business, tyrannical “possession laws” that give someone a greater prison time (even though such possessor didn't and didn't even intend to hurt anyone or anything) than someone else gets for killing unarmed and non-attacking citizens, jurors expected to be intimidated puppets willing to feed the defendant to the lions to satisfy some overzealous prosecution program (check into www.fija.org); favored status in the laws and courts for certain kinds of people and for officials and police; and another nanny law coming, mandatory health insurance to force those who take care of their own health properly, to pay for those who abuse their own health.
