Former Olin teacher’s sex exploitation trial reset
The sexual exploitation trial of Jeremy Chamberlin, a former Olin High School teacher, has been reset to Oct. 19 in Jones County District Court.
A pre-trial hearing will be Oct. 4.
Chamberlin is charged with one count of sexual exploitation by a school employee, three counts of dissemination of obscene material to a minor and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor. He is accused of engaging in in appropriate behavior with a 15-year-old student, including touching, text messaging and obscene picture texts, between September and January.
