The Residential Property Disposition program will allow developers to acquire properties in the city's buyout program for free to rehabilitate into affordable housing.
Individuals can also apply, but they must partner with an established builder or developer with a track record of completing projects.A meeting to discuss the program will be held at 8 a.m. today at the City Hall North Conference Room, 3851 River Ridge Dr. NE. Application deadline is July 31.
