Educate, form your own opinion on progressives

Marginalize, criticize and demonize - that seems to be the strategy of the progressives (a new label for liberal). Note “Sis Boom Bah, Go Beck U.!”, by Leonard Pitts Jr. in The Gazette July 11.
Mr. Pitts goes after Glenn Beck and Beck U. It seems that every progressive has his/her sights on Beck, as well as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Newt Gingrich, Ann Coulter, Thomas Sowell, Congressman Steve King, et al - you get the picture.
Don't let progressive writers like Pitts, Eugene Robinson, E.J. Dionne, Katrina vanden Heuvel, Arianna Huffington, Editorial Board of the Des Moines Register, et al, demonize individuals who speak out against the progressive agenda and our present administration. Do your own reading, make up your own mind.
Learn the history that has been left out or misrepresented since the early 1900s, beginning with President Wilson. Progressives gained a foothold during this time by discrediting the Founders. This is where the culture war began and continues to this day.
Note: It has been months since Mr. Beck was on CNN - he is now on Fox News Channel daily. One error makes Pitts' whole article suspect.
