Trial reset for former Regina High teacher

The third-degree sexual abuse trial of Robert Dolan, 50, of Olin, has been reset to Oct. 18 in Jones County District Court.
A pretrial hearing is set for 10 a.m. Oct. 4.
According to criminal complaints, the former Regina High School teacher is accused of supplying alcohol to a 17-year-old boy, who wasn't a student at Regina. Dolan went to the teen's house with a 12-pack of beer and the teen said he passed out after drinking four beers and awoke to find Dolan fondling him.
Dolan was placed on administrative leave in February and he resigned in March.
