Follow these 2 issues, get votes in November

The candidate for the U.S. House and Senate in the November election who will sign a notarized pledge to either sponsor or sign legislation dealing with the following two issues will get my vote.
1. Bring all our military troops, equipment and supplies back from all countries around the world within two years.
2. Make it illegal for the U.S. government to ever loan, grant, give money or bail out any private or public business.
