Don't reward illegal immigrants
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Aug. 15, 2010 12:25 am
A new national report (compiled by the Pew Hispanic Center) is saying that one out of every 15 children born in the United States has at least one illegal immigrant parent. This underscores that our country is flooded with illegal immigrants.
You can't reward criminals because it encourages a culture of criminal activity. Denying citizenship to children born of illegal immigrants is justified and fair.
We the people should make haste and amendment the Constitution so illegal immigrants are not rewarded for breaking into our country.
