Cedar Rapids Kennedy versatile senior Christian French is the top-ranked prep football recruit in the state. His latest two college scholarship offers have come from Texas A&M and Oregon.He has unofficially visited Iowa, Iowa State and Notre Dame twice each but proclaims he has no leader. He hopes to make official visits in the fall, then make his college choice.Coaches can begin directly communcating with recruits Sept. 2. Right now, all contact has to go through Kennedy head coach Tim Lewis.Here, French talks about dealing with incessant phone calls from recruiting Web sites, as well as his college recruitment and Kennedy's hopes for a strong 2010 season.
