SOLON – After winning 42 straight games the Solon Spartans lost for the first time in almost 4 years last Friday, 21-15 to Iowa City Regina.The Regals are ranked #1 in class 2A. Solon, who moved up to class 3A this year, was ranked 2nd.The Spartans will try to rebound this week when they hit the road at Benton.
