Democrats best choice for children, future

It is in your best interests to vote for the people who invest in the people. Vote Nov. 2 for the brightest and strongest future for Iowa, our children.

The first five years of a child's life vitally impact their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. Under Gov. Culver and Iowa's Democratic leadership, 21,000 more children are reaping the benefits of voluntary preschool, teachers are more appropriately compensated, and 57,000 more children have health insurance through the Hawk-i program.

Despite the struggling national economy, Iowa is moving forward,
