Iowans’ behavior is something to behold

My wife and I attended the Iowa/Iowa State football game as guests of Darlene and James McCord of Iowa City.
We and 24 others (Mason City High School graduates of 1956) were treated like royalty by the McCords, at the stadium and Riverside resort and anyone who crossed our path. How refreshing.
The McCords are very caring, loving and generous people. The people, young and old, at the game were so well mannered. We heard no filthy language.
A class act for 70,000 people, all of whom were all colors and persuasions. You should be proud for being so lucky to be an Iowan.
