The way Congress should be managed

Challenges for the U.S. House and Senate:
1) Set term limits. The president has to live with this; why shouldn't the House and Senate?
2) Health care similar to what the private sector has. If it's good enough for us, it's good enough for the people supposedly working for us.
3) Senators should give up their right to the Senate floor when they are unseated. If the people don't want them there, the political action committees shouldn't be allowed to put them there.
4) Large fines for candidates running negative campaign ads. If you don't have something good to say about yourself or your candidate, say nothing and save the cost of the ad.
P.S. If our property taxes are not significantly lower next fall, I hope 53 percent of Iowans take Terry Branstad to task over it. I would hate being lied to and fooled.
