Lesson for leaders: Listen to constituents

The Democrats who were voted out said they should have listened to what the people wanted. Well, City Council, you should be listening to the people of Cedar Rapids on the closing of Second Avenue (for medical mall), because come voting time, we can vote you out.
Another thing, regarding the number of people Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is supposed to employ in five years: It seems it already has that many and Physicians' Clinic of Iowa hasn't built anything yet.
