Free dental health care day an eye-opener

I couldn't believe all the people lined up for the free dental health care last week.
So many stood in the cold and waited even the day before. So many were turned away. I wish you would have listed all the dentists and their staff members who gave their time, talent and supplies for people who needed care.
Our health care doesn't need fixing? Our pets get better care at the Humane Society when their teeth are bad.
The U.S. House went to the Republicans this November. Now I am betting on more gridlock the next two years. Bridges and sidewalks to nowhere, money and earmarks sent home to get re-elected. Deals made behind closed doors, special interest groups, political action committees.
I hope the next time our elected representatives and senators in Washington go with their families to get their teeth worked on, they remember these people.
Something isn't right. Shame on our senators and representatives on both sides of the aisle.
