Founding Fathers had high opinion of Jesus

Long ago, America was hijacked by people believing in many truths, resulting in an ever-thickening fog of endless half truths/innuendos, that politicians have cultivated to create division. Especially whenever Biblical/historical truth is in disagreement with human desire/intellect.
Marriage to the Christian is an extension of lifelong commitment to God, expressed through placing God's Son at the center of a marriage. Scripture has symbolized this union to be consummated in the two “becoming one flesh,” as well as one spirit.
According to God's creation, this can only be accomplished by one man and one woman, and Scripture is encompassed in this phrase: “Our spirit doesn't need what our body desires” (Galatians 5:13-26).
America's documents were based upon the teachings of Jesus, and the founders placed these writings above Socrates, Aristotle, and yes, even, Nostradamus.
My copy of Thomas Jefferson's Bible reveals his deep abiding admiration of and respect for Jesus' wisdom. However, because of decades of mediocre educational standards, truth has been denied, because a well-informed people are harder to control with political/intellectual double talk.
Humanity can never do it better than God did it.
