Call it a preview of the state tournament? Who knows?But Cedar Rapids Washington and Sioux City East will battle Feb. 12 at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines as part of the Iowa Energy High School Hoops Series. The Energy are a NBDL team.Here is the release regarding the entire series of games:
