If God can forgive Michael Vick, so can we

For all of you who cannot forgive Michael Vick for his role in dog fighting and killing dogs, it's OK. If he has asked God to forgive him, he has already been forgiven by the only one who has to forgive us humans.
Human beings can only forgive if we let the love of God into our hearts to do so. Those of us who do not forgive others should hope that we never need the forgiveness of God or others because it would not be extended to us.
I have been a fan of Vick since his Atlanta days. What he did was wrong and he has done his time in prison. He will probably always be looked at as an animal killer but that is by people who need to get over it and focus on matters that need immediate attention - children who cannot graduate from high school, people who cannot get adequate medical care and souls who need to be brought to Christ. Any Christian would help Vick move to a more positive life.
We cannot afford to hold grudges against people, especially those who will probably never enter our lives anyway.
