Only lawyers will benefit from ‘foot-long’ case

Subway is suing Casey's because Casey's uses the word “foot-long” to describe some of their sandwiches. Casey's says foot-long is a generic name. Have to agree with Casey's. Maybe WHO radio should sue the rock band the Who for using the same letters?
I feel the only ones who will get rich out of the Subway suit are the lawyers.
