Experienced Biden fails to impress

Just more than two years ago, the press reported that Joe Biden was added to the Barack Obama team because of his extensive experience in foreign relations. His expertise really came to the fore during the unrest/coup in Egypt. He stated that Egypt was “a democracy with an elected president, not a dictatorship” and needed our support.
He called on Mubarak “to begin to move in the direction of being more responsive to more of the needs of the people there.” Wow! That was really what we and the Egyptian people needed to hear. Aren't we lucky to have such a deep thinker as our vice president who is just a heartbeat away from the presidency?
While on this subject of intelligent leaders, did you know that our government is made up of three branches? According to the senior senator from New York, Charles Schumer, they are the House of Representatives, the Senate and the presidency. I went to Iowa schools and was taught they were the executive branch, the legislative branch and the judicial branch. What happened to the judicial branch?
