Timing of possible charges insensitive

I understand the law is the law, but I was appalled and disgusted on the day of the wake of 3-year-old Vanessa Husmann of Hopkinton that a news release of possible abuse would appear in The Gazette. The potential charge is absolutely inappropriate at the same time the parents are stricken with grief almost beyond our comprehension.
The timing was inconsiderate and uncaring and makes one question whether any feeling was present in the timing of the release.
Pray for Vaughn and Rhonda as they mourn for their only daughter.
