Turning over Libya war doesn’t end U.S. role

I have lived in or near Cedar Rapids for the last 59 years, so I was interested in the forum held March 29 regarding the medical district under way in Cedar Rapids. Many questions were asked and not answered, perhaps because the people behind the project chose not to attend the meeting.
This program was a little like President Barack Obama's speech March 28 where he attempted to justify getting America into another war, this time without even consulting Congress. He failed to tell us just who the rebels are. Is Iran supplying them arms? He failed to detail our goals and exit strategy, the cost to the American taxpayer. He failed to detail the risk of American lives lost.
Just turning the war over to NATO does not stop our involvement and our cost. We still have to supply many of the airplanes, ships, manpower and missiles. Can this country afford to be fighting three wars at the same time when we have a fiscal deficit of
$14 trillion, and a new fiscal year's budget with a deficit of over $1 trillion?
