Big piece of ballroom coming down today; westbound First Avenue NE closed
Crews are knocking down a major portion of the Five Seasons Ballroom today.
The demolition will close the westbound lane of First Avenue NE at Third Street. It should reopen by the end of the day.
The ballroom is the first structure to fall
