Let us use the lake or don’t take our taxes

Forget Lake Macbride has sailboat storage and private docks for pontoons. (Private Lake Macbride). Forget the economic impact from the motor restrictions. (Private Lake Macbride). Forget we are all taxpayers, not just the few residents on the lake (Private Lake Macbride).
Maybe it is time state Sen. Bob Dvorsky left office as many in politics should. This is only one example of “You give me this vote to block this issue, I will vote your way on another issue.” (Private Lake Macbride).
No-wake law means a no-wake law no matter what size motor. How dare these people call us law breakers when there is no problem during the unrestricted motor size time periods.
I do believe we should call out these 9.9-horsepower motors and have them checked by the DNR. I am sure we will find some 15 horsepower with a decal change.
I wonder if Sen. Dvorsky noticed how many millions of our tax dollars we all spent in the last few years. (Private Lake Macbride).
With fuel prices as they are, we should not travel any further than necessary. This is the only lake in Iowa with motor restrictions. Either let us use the lake or don't use our taxes on a private lake.
