Ghosh owed gratitude for patient care

Several years ago, Dr. Chirantan Ghosh had a part in caring for my husband when he was terminally ill. As a volunteer at Oncology Associates of Cedar Rapids, I again witnessed this compassionate doctor and his interaction with patients.
I say that anyone who has known him owes him a debt of gratitude. Doesn't it seem obvious why he was named one of four finalists for the first ASCO Humanitarian Award (for oncologists) - the only one from Iowa ever to receive this nomination?
