Iowa State ranked fourth nationally while Iowa was 13th in women's basketball average home attendance last winter.
ISU drew an average home crowd of 9,370, a rate that ranked behind only Tennessee (12,537), Louisville (10.859) and Connecticut (9,496).
Iowa's average home crowd was 5,823, the fourth-beat in school history. The Hawkeyes attendance jumped an average of 2,335 from 2009-10, the second highest jump in the nation (behind Louisville).
