Not cleaning up after pets disrespectful, rude

I live on 42nd Street NE, and I would appreciate it if the person who walks his dog by my house and lets him do his business in my backyard to please stop it!
We do not own a pet, so I know it is not our pet leaving this mess. You have little respect for our property; are you that rude and disrespectful of others?
