Don’t wait to start researching candidates

The next general election is a long way off, but voters should be collecting information and sorting it out into decision-making categories.
It is important that we support those candidates who exhibit strong character. Does he have his life under control and does he do what he says he will do? Does his political philosophy agree with ours? Who is supporting him? As time goes on, we add to our store of information, a base for an intelligent opinion.
I think there are 10 people currently in the race for president. If we are diligent in our observations, we soon will have an opinion on all of the candidates. Then we can make an intelligent choice as to who to support for the most powerful office in the world. Let us get busy now. Don't wait to make up our minds until we are in the voting booth.
