Economy is close to spiraling out of control

I see news of lawless rioting, looting and civil unrest in Greece and the United Kingdom and wonder how soon the same behavior will occur in the USA. Those countries allowed socialism and entitlements to creep in, resulting in divided populations of haves and have-nots. Put another way, the productive, working taxpayers and the dependency class believed government lies about sustainability of entitlement programs and are angry over the money running out.
The U.S. is 50/50 between those who do and don't pay (income) taxes and we have a president and a self-serving “ruling class” in Congress promoting class warfare through higher taxes on the “rich” to sustain out-of-control entitlement programs in this country. Be careful about agreeing if you think you'll get something for nothing because if you have a dollar more than someone else, you may be considered “rich!”
It's alarming when you hear a UK rioter saying, “we showed the rich that we're going to get what we want!” The U.S. economy is dangerously close to spiraling out of control and we're likely in for tough times ahead. We need serious government leaders who will address the overspending problem with real solutions, not the smoke-and-mirror variety in their latest “budget deal” that will add only $7 trillion instead of $10 trillion to the debt over 10 years!
