By Laurie Henning: I worked in a factory in Williamsburg. I remember everyone all shook up and wanting to get near a TV. My friend Shelly was in California, and I thought, "How is she going to get back with the airlines shut down till who knows when?" It was a very sad day is all I can really remember -- a lot of silence.
