No record for North-Linn's Supple

TROY MILLS - On second check, it's not a record.
North-Linn football coaches found an error in their statistics of Friday night's 23-0 win over Clayton Ridge, taking away significant receiving yardage from senior Justin Supple and not making him a state record holder.
It was originally believed Supple caught 10 passes for a state-record 327 yards. But head coach Jared Collum said Sunday the yardage totaled just 254 yards.
The error came when a 73-yard Supple TD catch called back by double penalty was incorrectly added. The yardage record holder remains former Cherokee prep Brock Campbell in 2003 (318).
