Tuesday video -- 'Just get it over with as quickly as possible'

I did see newly converted linebacker A.J. Derby walk into the complex wearing a T-shirt that read "Bring the Thunder."

I said, "Hey, you get one of those when you walked into the linebackers meeting room last week?" He just smiled and went to work.

I think this is going to work just fine. During out "On Iowa Live" TV show last night, we showed the clip of Derby running down field to cover a kick. Did you notice the swim move past a blocker and then chopping his feet and breaking down into a form tackle? Did have his head down a little, but the play showed a lot of pure instinct and athleticism.

Now, the real work starts.
