IOWA CITY - The Iowa women's basketball team has been picked to finish third in the Big Ten this season.
The Hawkeyes were selected to finish behind Penn State and Purdue in a preseason poll of the league's coaches released Thursday.
Iowa guard Jaime Printy has been picked for the league's preseason All-Big Ten team by both the coaches and media who cover the conference.
Printy led the Hawkeyes with 16.8 points a game in 2010-11.
Iowa returns four starters from last season, when it finished 22-9 and made its fourth straight NCAA tournament appearance.
